Since 1987, Santé Monde has been designing and managing international health projects. Thanks to its many partners and expert resource persons, it has implemented exemplary projects with lasting positive results. Santé Monde’s projects contribute to the strengthening of health systems, particularly in the following areas: maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH); primary health care (PHC); sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR); HIV/AIDS and STI response; training of health professionals; epidemiological surveillance; health environment; and health systems governance.
In a spirit of continuous improvement, the pursuit of structuring actions and programmatic development, Santé Monde wishes to build a bank of experts able to contribute to strategies of research action, innovation and expertise focused on the health issues of the populations with whom we carry out co-development.
Under the responsibility of Santé Monde’s Expertise and Innovation Department, health experts will have ad hoc mandates determined according to needs, in order to participate in various activities contributing, among other things, to action research, as well as to specific responses to health issues determined in the framework of international cooperation projects. These activities will concern in particular the vulnerable and at-risk population groups with which the organization collaborates.
Among the main challenges, the experts will have to quickly learn the procedures, policies and regulations specific to the reality of Santé Monde and the projects it implements. They will have to develop relationships of trust with numerous stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. They will participate in the consolidation and continued development of the organization during the COVID and post-COVID periods.
Please submit your application including a resume and cover letter to the attention of Anne-Marie Proulx (email@example.com). The organization will only contact the individuals identified for specific mandates. All applications will be kept for a period of six months.
